REFLECTION

Experience
Out of all the modules, this is the one module that i had the hardest time challenging myself but also is the one where I had a lot of fun. This is the one module where I am absolutely satisfied with my end results as it reached my end goal when starting with this project, specifically Task 3. I also would like to thank Ms Lilian for her pushing me to pick the MRT topic when in Task 02. Ms Lilian's comments and feedbacks every week only helped to strengthen the campaign. 

Observations
I came to realise that consultations are very crucial, as I have been staring at the project and need fresh eyes to spot the possible connections of items or errors. I quite like the last consultation session where by we were all grouped by our project topic, which was causes. It offers an opportunity to see other classmate's work. 

Findings
Customer Journey map! Is a life saver. It is also a skill that I most likely to adapt to future projects that I will be working on. As it displays the overall flow and how the brand or campaign will go about!
